🔹 Return Policy Effective Date:
May 1, 2025 At DK’s Pool Pros, we are committed to providing quality products and services. To maintain the integrity and safety of our offerings, we have established the following return policy:
1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products and industry standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
2. Chemicals For health, safety, and contamination prevention reasons, we do not accept returns on any pool chemicals, including but not limited to chlorine, shock, algaecide, or balancers.
3. Equipment & Cleaners All sales of pool equipment, automatic cleaners, and accessories are final. We cannot accept returns on these items once they have been delivered or installed.
4. Defective Items If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss warranty coverage or manufacturer support options. Most equipment is covered under a manufacturer warranty, which we will assist you in coordinating if applicable.
